These patches are just that, some newer looker finer detail textures and models to help the game look a little more modern while still maintaining the Wrath functionality and not making any game breaking changes. The file is quite large (3.2gb) but here is the link to download it. Make sure to extract it somewhere like your desktop first and then open up the readme file to see how easy it is to install it. Take note of using patch T or patch X.
